 EVANSTON HIGH SCHOOL (Office will be open beginning 8/5/2024):                                  


Registration for all grade levels is online. The PowerSchool portal will be open starting August 8, 2024. If you need to meet with a counselor or change your schedule come on your designated day (see below).  UCSD#1 will email information regarding online registration during the summer.  Please make sure the District has your current mailing and email addresses by logging into your PowerSchool account at that time.  We encourage you to use the online registration and fee payment through PowerSchool.  If you need assistance the following on-site registration times are available.


Seniors & Juniors ONLY                           Tuesday, August 13th         8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Sophomores & Freshmen ONLY             Wednesday, August 14th         8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

New Students & Foreign Exchange

New students to the Evanston area, please come into the office starting August 5th to fill out the form needed for EHS to request educational records.  We will need to have received the records prior to your student registering with the counselor. Counselors assist with these registrations by appointment only.


We will take school pictures on Tuesday, August 27th, with a makeup day on Tuesday, October 8th. 

Students, please make every effort to have your picture taken at that time so you can receive your ID Card.  Students must meet the school’s dress code; therefore, no inappropriate clothing or hats will be allowed.

   

The following school fees are due at Registration and may be paid online through your PowerSchool account:

$50 represents half of the AP Test cost. This fee will be reimbursed if the exam is passed with a 3 or higher. If the student skips the AP test they will be charged the entire AP test fee of $100 plus $40 for the reschedule fee. If the class is dropped they will be charged the entire AP test fee of $100.

Medical Assistant Class

$166.50

$166.50 represents half of the Medical Assistant test fee. This fee will be reimbursed if the certifying test is passed. If the student skips the test, they will be charged for the entire Medical Assisting test fee of $333.00.

Yearbook

2024-25 Yearbook (optional). Deadline to order yearbooks Dec. 20th, 2024 @ 3:00 pm.
