1. Go to Event Link https://community.eventlink.com/
2. Create a login
3. Select Evanston High School
4. Scroll over to Registrations.
5. Athlete Registration (you have two options available: Athlete Physical and Athlete Form.) Follow the prompts.
6. Complete the forms for each student athlete in your family.
Please choose all activities that your student will be participating in during the current year.
